- This is the quick qualification form that I help you fill out online and submit to the law firms. Our law firms will come back to us within 48 business hours and tell us if they accept the file.
- The information entered into the Quick Qualification Form must be accurate and complete. Incomplete, missing or false information can lead to a case being accepted that has no chance of being modified or a case being turned down that could have been modified.
Questions 32-35 can play a big role in getting a case accepted. These questions act as a summarized hardship letter. Be brief and concise but, clearly communicate your situation.
Make certain that the information input in the goals section is realistic. If you are only looking for a principle reduction and there is no hardship present, the case will generally not be accepted. If you state you would like an unrealistic rate, payment or term associated with the modification, it will not be accepted.
In addition, if it is apparent that you would not be able to afford the payment even under the best possible modification conditions, your case will not be accepted.
